Student Voices: Training Inclusive Leaders
Student Voices Training for Students
Since 1991, a unique youth leadership and prejudice-reduction program, MCCJ's Student Voices Training empowers high school students to explore cultural diversity and develop self-esteem, while fostering values that support the understanding of individual differences.
- The program tangibly reduces bullying, intimidation, cliques, taunting and harassment in the classroom. Using a peer education methodology, Heritage Panel Presentations conducted by the students after the Training multiply the number of youth reached through the program.
